Hinchey's Wife Sentenced for DWI

An Albany court sentenced Allison Lee --the wife of U.S. Representative Maurice Hinchey -- to 60 days in prison after she agreed to a plea deal stemming from her January DWI arrest... 

Police arrested Lee after the SUV she was driving rear-ended another vehicle.  Her blood alcohol was .14 at the time of her arrest.
Lee will also serve three years probation and have an ignition-interlock system installed in her vehicle.
