Endicott Sex Arrest

Endicott Police have arrested a West Virginia teenager, saying he traveled to this area to meet a 12-year-old girl he befriended over the internet, and then tried to have sex with her.

Police 18-year-old Joshua Fisher sent the girl indecent images of himself, then enticed the girl to meet him in a parking lot on Oak Hill Avenue last December.

That is where, police say, Fisher committed several sex crimes against her.

Fisher is facing a number of charges including two counts of Criminal Sex Act in the First Degree, Sex Abuse, and Attempted Rape.

Fisher is in Broome County Jail.
