Endicott Man Accused of Sexual Contact with 16- Year Old

An Endicott man is under arrest after police say he had sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl.
   
Kenneth Berndt is facing one count of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree.
Detectives say he used force to have sexual contact with the girl.

The 58-year-old is being held in Broome County jail without bail.
