PA Crash Investigation

Pennsylvania State Police say charges could be filed against the driver of an 18-wheeler--following a fatal crash last week:
 
It happened last Wednesday in Lenox Township, on I- 81 North.

On Wednesday,  authorities completed a reconstruction of the  crash, which involved two Freightliner trucks and five cars.

One of the big rigs struck one of the cars, causing a chain reaction that sent the other passenger vehicles into the second Freightliner.

A motorist from Maryland--who was driving a  Lexus --was killed.

The District Attorney is deciding what  charges might be applied to the driver of the truck that caused the accident .
