Vestal Man Indicted with Manslaughter in the First Degree

A grand jury indites a 20 year old vestal man with manslaughter for the killing of Shelby Jenkins.

Steven Lipka has been charged with the crime.

16-year-old Shelby was found dead at Lipka's Town of Vestal residence back in June.

Lipka was also the father of her child.

In June another Vestal man, 41-year-old Keith Cleveland was charged with providing alcohol to both Lipka and Jenkins.
