Endicott Man Convicted of Sexual Assault

A level three sex offender has been slapped with concurrent prison terms of 14 years, after being convicted for sexual assault on a female behind a flood wall in the Town of Union.

23 year old John Desmond of Endicott had been listed as a sex offender back in 2007, when he was convicted of Sexual Misconduct in a prior case.

The more recent incident occurred last July.
