Man Charged With Criminal Sex with Young Girl

Forcible Sexual Contact Including oral sex with a 13 year old girl.

That's what a 21 year old Endicott man is charged with.

Charles Hamilton, of West Main Street is the accused.

Police say after arraignment, Hamilton was taken to Broome County's Jail  He's locked up there, without bail.
