4th of July Preview: Where to go, What to do

There are plenty of ways to celebrate the 4th of July around the Southern Tier
 
Highland Park in Endwell will be hosting its July 4th Extravaganza including a triathlon at 7:00AM along with events in the afternoon, and fireworks in the evening.

In Montrose, PA the annual parade starts at 10AM.

In Norwich, the First Annual Music and Balloon Festival is being launched.
Bands start at 11:30AM, Balloons will launch around 6:00PM.

In Owego, you can finish your night off with a free concert with Rockabilly Ray from 7:00 to 9:00 at Draper Park.
