Cab Driver Robbed at Gun Point in Endicott

Police are on the hunt for a man they say robbed taxi cab driver at gun point in Endicott.
 
Investigators say the cab driver was robbed on the 10 block of Cleveland avenue about 12:30 Wednesday morning.

The cab driver told police he picked up a man in Binghamton and was taking him to Monroe street in Endicott.  When they arrived on Cleveland avenue  the cab driver says the man took out a chrome silver handgun, pointed it at the taxi driver, and stole an undisclosed amount of money.

The man got out of the cab and ran away. The taxi cab driver was not injured.

Police say the suspect is a dark skinned black male about 5'10,  5'11 in his thirties. He was  wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt.
