Locke bolts B-Sens for Finland

BINGHAMTON -- While most of his Calder Cup Champion teammates left last off-season Corey Locke played through last season disappointing turnout

He will not be in Binghamton next season.

Tuesday, the former American Hockey League MVP signed a deal with TPS in Finland.

Last season was a mostly down season, not only for Binghamton, but Locke as well. Playing only in 38 games due to injury, the team missed his leadership with a young roster.

In the B-Sens Calder Cup championship season Locke won the league's regular season most valuable player award, and was named to the Eastern Conference all-star team.
