Flood Forecast Funding

Congressman Maurice Hinchey says the Susquehanna Flood Forecast System will be getting some more money from Washington.

Hinchey secured $39 million from a U.S. House panel to fund two programs that support the Susquehanna Flood Forecast and Warning System. 

This is over $3 million more than last year which will help offset operation and maintenance costs of the network.
