Manhunt For Stabbing Suspect

A wild manhunt Monday night crossed the state line lines a man stabbed two people in a trailer court.

State police and Tioga County Sheriff's were called to 25 Middle Street in Barton just after 8:00PM Monday.

Cops determined that Jeremy Frisbie had stabbed a resident, Dale Gesford and a visitor.

Investigators Frisbee fled the scene through a cornfield into the woods before someone gave him a ride across the state line to Sayre Pennsylvania.

That's where police found him hiding in a residence on Lincoln Street.

"It's always been a very quiet trailer court, and a pleasant place to be. It makes you realize that tragedy is going to hit you at just about anytime, and we have to be ready to see the tragedy come and live through it," said Ted Davis a resident who lives in the same trailer court.

One victim was taken to Robert Packard hospital in Sayre to be operated on for stab wounds.

The other victim was treated by EMS on the scene for a superficial cut.
