Candor Man Faces Sex Crime Charges

A Candor man is under arrest accused of molesting a child for three years.

Police say that Michael Ciappa had sexual contact with a child under the age of 11 from 2007 until June of 2010.

He was arraigned in the Town of Candor Court and sent to the Tioga County Jail on 50 thousand dollars bail.
