Jon Bones Jones Arraignment Date Set

A week from now, Jon Bones Jones won't be in the Octagon, but a Binghamton Courtroom instead.

He'll be there for an arraignment on charges of DWI.

The UFC light-heavyweight champion is accused of driving drunk when he crashed his 2012 Bentley into a utility pole near the corner of Grand Boulevard and Helen Street, at 5am on Saturday.

His court appearance is set for next Tuesday, at 9am, in Binghamton City Court.

The charges against Jones will be read, and he could enter a plea at that time.

Authorities are still not releasing many details on the case, but did confirm with FOX 40 that there were two passengers in the car at the time of the accident.

Jones is from Endicott.
