Jessica Kadlub
Jessica grew up in Dansville, Michigan and graduated from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a Mass Communications/Journalism degree. While at Calvin College, Jessica was a news intern for WGVU radio, a public relations intern for The West Michigan Call to Renewal Poverty Rally, and a news intern for ABC-7 news in Chicago and for WOOD-TV 8 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Jessica became interested in broadcast news after interning for ABC-7 news in Chicago. She worked for a feature reporter on issues pertaining to people with disabilities. Jessica fell in love with telling stories in order to educate, inform and connect the community. Jessica moved to Casper, Wyoming upon graduation in 2006 and worked for KTWO-TV for two years as the weekday Anchor/Assistant News Director before joining FOX 40 in July of 2008. Jessica covered the Casper Mountain Fire the Summer of 2006 in Wyoming, as well as the mass shooting at the American Civic Association in Binghamton the Spring of 2009. She volunteers for the Luekemia and Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night Walk, the MDA Telethon Lock-Up, local mentoring programs, and is a member of Christ The King Lutheran Church in Vestal. Jessica loves meeting new people and telling stories that educate and help the community, and feels “right at home in Binghamton.” Outside of work, Jessica and her husband Steve enjoy the great outdoors. She also reads science fiction/fantasy novels and plays soccer and volleyball.
