owned and operated by Paul and Lynn Montalbano. When
we first began our business, we had two objectives
in mind:

2. To give our customers hands-on and personal

Paul has been involved in the Manufactured Housing
business including Modular Homes and Mobile Homes
since 1989 and has established a network of quality
craftsmen to facilitate your needs. This is a family
business, so when you walk into our door you will be
greeted by a friendly family atmosphere.
Our first concern has always been the needs of our
customer. We will help you and we will guide you
using our experience to find the home that will fit
your personal and financial needs. Although we may
have a casual atmosphere in our office, we are very
serious about the work that we do. When you buy a
